Nightmare on Hatchbank Road

Every May I set myself a challenge to take a new photo each day, however this year will be slightly different, in that I will try to publish a photo a day rather than to take a photo a day. Ultimately it is hard as a shift worker to come up with a picture after working a 12 hour shift.

This one caught my eye yesterday and that’s the photo for the 2nd of May.

Fred the shred

The unusual thing about this tree carving was that it was that you can not see it from the road, it must have been carved by someone working the field and not someone passing by. The two gouge marks of the “F” is reminiscent of Nightmare on Elm Street… Freddy would make a fine front end to a combine harvester that’s for sure.
